The real Muse CEO and official Lion of The Muse, Puma took great pride in greeting all who entered The Muse and making sure attendance was accurate in all classes and that all safety rules and protocol , especially having fun were being followed.

• Play with and get to know your shadow side : We each have a light and shadow side and Baloo was the master of the complex dynamics between the two sides. The Shadow side is the side of our personality that contains all of the parts that we dont necessarily want to admit to having but if we are aware of and conscious of one can PLAY with it and GROW.

Understand and Honor your own and others boundaries. Only those that are loving and respectful of each other's boundaries deserve one another's love and respect.

Spend time with the daffodils, They hide in the shadows of the earth until first making an appearance in spring and they indicate that winter is over . They represent rebirth and new beginnings. Baloo very much lingered between the realms fluent in communication with spirit and always a pillar of strength and clarity during any liminal time .
